Super Food List
Some foods are dramatically better than others for our health and
longevity. Some of these foods may even help buffer the effects of bad
habits like smoking, or little or no exercise.
We all know that apples are healthier for you than potato chips,
but did you know that a daily handful of walnuts, or a bowl of
blueberries, can actually improve your well-being and longevity? Simply
adding generous quantities of these foods to your diet can improve your
health significantly: Cheerios, whole-grain bread, beans, lentils, Boca
Burgers, almonds, green-leaf vegetables, blueberries, apples, yogurt,
skinless turkey breast, salmon, and olive oil.
Here is the list of the 22 Super Foods you should not ignore if
you want to stay healthy:
